We are looking for a senior-level logistics manager to provide subject matter expert level support to a federal client in San Antonio, TX. This individual will lead enterprise sustainment strategy, Integrated Product Support (IPS) integration and overall lifecycle management for a cyber system based program. ?Serve as the senior SME for software centric Integrated Product Support (IPS) across a portfolio of cyber command and control capabilities.?Develop and lead enterprise sustainment strategies that integrate IPS elements with Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud native software development pipelines.?Integrate IPS processes with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and Agile release cycles.?Oversee software baseline management, ensuring traceability, auditability, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity and configuration policies.?Serve as the senior authority for Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint governance across the software sustainment mission.?Architect dashboards, workflows, and data structures that support enterprise level readiness reporting and lifecycle traceability.?Establish and enforce data governance standards for technical documentation, software artifacts, and configuration items.?Ensure compliance with DoD records management, cybersecurity, and configuration control requirements.?Act as a senior advisor to the program management office, providing expert guidance on sustainment strategy, IPS integration, and software lifecycle decisions.?Represent product support interests in high visibility forums, including milestone reviews, technical interchange meetings, and configuration control boards.?Translate complex technical and operational requirements into actionable sustainment strategies and decision ready products.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
