We are looking for an Architect who can independently define and drive solution architecture for business applications and digital products, with increasing adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.This role requires someone who can interpret leadership vision, determine the right technical path forward, and translate it into clear, executable specifications for engineering teams?while also making architectural decisions and trade-offs understandable to senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities? Own and drive solution architecture for complex business applications and product platforms.? Translate business vision and platform strategy into target architectures, system designs, and technical roadmaps.? Define application, integration, and data architectures, including non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, reliability, and performance.? Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, UX, QA, and Data teams to ensure alignment from design through delivery.? Provide architectural guidance for AI-enabled features, including appropriate use of AI/ML or Generative AI in business applications.? Design and govern cloud-native solutions using modern cloud platforms and services.? Create clear architectural artifacts (design documents, diagrams, specifications) that enable teams to execute with minimal ambiguity.? Act as a bridge between leadership and delivery teams, clearly explaining architectural choices, risks, and trade-offs.? Day to Day:One of Insight Global’s clients in the manufacturing industry Is looking for an Senior Tax Analyst to support their Corporate Tax Department. This fortune 500 client is one of the largest in the industry with a heavy international presence. This individual will be required to focus primarily on federal tax compliance and assist with state and international tax compliance. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing primarily federal but also state and international tax forms along with the related tax accounting. Additionally, this position will likely have special assignments as directed by tax management.Key Responsibilities:? Assist with the accurate and timely preparation of domestic portions of Clients consolidated US income tax return.? Review of tax packages and coordinate data flows into the tax returns.? Assist with calculations of quarterly taxable income that are used for cash tax payments and tax entries.? Participate in analyzing tax and financial information for decision making.? Assist with federal tax accounting.? Maintain compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other regulations.? Various special tax assignments including:? Analysis of internal restructurings and external mergers and acquisition activities.? We are seeking a highly experienced Monday.com Developer to stabilize, optimize, and scale our clients Monday.com environment. Monday.com is now used across multiple business units to manage critical workflows including quoting, project management, ordering, and task tracking. This role is critical to cleaning up existing implementations, serving as the primary Monday.com subject matter expert, and establishing scalable, well-governed solutions that can be rolled out across the organization. Some key responsibilities include:? Own the end-to-end cleanup, optimization, and stabilization of large-scale Monday.com boards and automations? Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all Monday.com questions, issues, and enhancements? Design and build new Monday.com implementations and solution packages that align with best practices and business needs? Partner with internal teams and external Monday.com consultants to remediate and improve existing configurations? Develop and deliver training and enablement for new teams adopting Monday.com?
