One of Insight Global’s clients is Senior Solution Architect specializing in SAP Quality Management to partner with Plan-to-Produce and Operations teams in delivering technology-enabled business solutions. This role is responsible for defining strategic direction, support models, and best-in-class solutions across quality processes, including integration with LIMS and MES systems. The architect will lead the design and delivery of SAP QM capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and overall business objectives. This individual will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while managing system enhancements, support operations, and release cycles. The role also includes driving SLA performance, maintaining system lifecycle documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the Senior Solution Architect will collaborate across global teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and provide technical leadership within the organization. This person will be working a remote control product at one of there clients facilities. They will be working the controls no more than 2 hours out of an 8 hour day – the rest of the day they just need to be onsite at the facility if they are needed beyond that. A healthcare payor client is hiring for a Production Developer Lead to support their LTSS Care Management system by taking hands-on ownership of production development, enhancements, and defect resolution while leading an offshore production support team. This role is not a functional-only or coordination role. The ideal candidate is a strong technical lead who actively codes, debugs, and delivers production fixes and enhancements, while also driving execution, accountability, and quality across a distributed (onshore/offshore) team. You will serve as both a technical SME and a people leader, partnering closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to keep systems stable, scalable, and continuously improving. Daily Tasks include: 1.Development & Production Engineering ?Developing production enhancements?Fixing defects and addressing root causes?Review logs, SQL queries, backend processes, and data anomalies to resolve complex production issue 2.Production Support & Continuous Improvement?Analyze production metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and system bottlenecks?Lead impact assessments for releases, upgrades, and configuration changes?Ensure accurate execution of production schedules and releases 3.Leadership & Team Oversight ?Lead offshore production team with task planning, code quality reviews ?
