The Mechanical Project Development Engineer is responsible for designing and developing complex medical device components by translating engineering requirements into high-quality, compliant design solutions with limited supervision. This role defines and executes test and validation activities, resolves advanced technical issues to ensure reliable production, and evaluates external components and technologies to meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Designs and develops mechanical components and assemblies for medical devices by translating engineering requirements into robust, manufacturable design solutions with minimal supervision.? Troubleshoots and resolves complex mechanical and system-level issues, working cross-functionally to prevent production delays and improve product durability and reliability.? Evaluates and selects mechanical components, materials, and suppliers, ensuring designs meet performance, manufacturability, and cost objectives.? Communicates mechanical design progress and technical findings clearly, supports junior engineers, and applies mechanical engineering best practices to improve processes, product performance, and time to market.? We are seeking an Alternative Operations Analyst to support a growing investment team responsible for managing 15+ alternative hedge funds (both internally managed and externally managed). This individual will play a key role in supporting fund operations across subscription activity, investor reporting, and ongoing fund oversight processes.This position will work cross-functionally with internal operations teams and support both in-house managed funds and third-party funds, helping ensure a seamless experience from an advisor and investor perspective.Responsibilities include:Process and manage private fund subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and timely completionCoordinate delivery of investor reporting materials, including: – Audited financial statements – K-1s – Other fund-related documentationSupport review of monthly and quarterly NAV packages provided by third-party fund administrators (highly repeatable process)Partner with internal operations teams to support both: – In-house fund operations – External fund relationshipsAssist in coordinating workflows related to fund activity and investor servicingIdentify gaps, prioritize tasks, and proactively execute deliverables in a fast-paced environmentWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Customer Support Team Lead is a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert responsible for delivering exceptional, technically credible support across our customer base. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, this role is not a people manager, but it is absolutely a leader. You will be the most knowledgeable support resource in the building, the person the team turns to when a ticket gets hard, and the person customers come to trust when something goes wrong. You will provide direct, hands-on support coverage while simultaneously building the knowledge infrastructure the entire support function will operate on: knowledge base content, FAQ libraries, escalation workflows, troubleshooting guides, and bug documentation processes. You will investigate issues deeply, understand them completely, and communicate them clearly to customers, to teammates, and to Product and Engineering. This is a ground-level, in-the-guts-of-the-product role. You will know this platform better than almost anyone.
