Job SummaryThe Junior IT Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects under the guidance of senior project managers or PMO leadership. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end execution of IT projects, including applications, infrastructure, and systems initiativesAssist with project planning, scheduling, and task coordinationTrack project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate when necessaryPrepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and meeting summariesCoordinate meetings, maintain action items, and ensure follow-throughCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business partners, and vendorsSupport change management, requirements tracking, and documentation effortsAssist with budget tracking, purchase requests, and invoice coordination as neededEnsure project activities align with IT governance, security, and compliance standardsCompensation: $35/hr to $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Insight Global is look for a Sr. IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients in OKC. This person would be focused on supporting an Enterprise Data Warehouse Project. We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and has a proven track record of leading projects from requirement gathering to completion.What they will work on:1. Enterprise Data Warehouse Project Managementa. Driving & managing the roll-out of a new on-premises Enterprise Data Warehouse with a direction toward a cloud solution in the future. b. Ability to lead a team of data engineers, data architects, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, & data consumers toward a common goal.c. Ability to manage & facilitate sponsor interactions and steering committees.d. Ability to build perform estimation exercises across multiple disciplines & communicate schedule + impacts to stakeholders.Compensation:$65/hr to $70/hr.
