We are seeking a hybrid Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a Tax IT organization that is transitioning from traditional waterfall delivery to Agile ways of working. This role requires strong Scrum Master discipline to run healthy, consistent Agile ceremonies and keep teams focused sprint to sprint, while also bringing Project Management instincts to manage stakeholder relationships, surface risks early, and connect delivery work back to broader portfolio level priorities.The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a pragmatic, evolving environment?balancing structure with flexibility and helping teams mature.Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master / Agile Delivery?Facilitate and run Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives?Keep teams focused on sprint goals, commitments, and delivery outcomes sprint to sprint?Coach teams through a waterfall to Agile transition, reinforcing Agile principles while meeting the organization where it is?Support sprint management and execution using Azure DevOps (ADO)?Promote continuous improvement, team accountability, and a sustainable delivery paceProject Management / Stakeholder Engagement?Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across Tax IT and business partners?Proactively identify, surface, and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies early?Provide clear status, delivery updates, and escalation when needed?Connect team level delivery work to portfolio level goals and priorities, ensuring alignment and transparency?Support planning and tracking using flexible, Office based PM tools, which may include Smartsheet, Excel, or MS ProjectTeam & Delivery Environment?Support two Agile teams, each with approximately 8 team members?Operate in a smaller team environment that values hands on leadership, visibility, and collaborationWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is seeking a Remote Commercial Title Examiner to support an industry-leading title company. This role focuses on commercial buildings, commercial agricultural land, farmland, and large acreage parcels across California. The examiner will independently search and examine public records to determine the legal condition of title and produce California title reports and title commitments for high-liability files. This is a single-seat examiner role requiring strong judgment, deep title knowledge, and the ability to handle complex, multi-parcel properties. While the position is fully remote, candidates must have strong title examining expertise.
