We are seeking a Database Engineer to support an enterprise HR system migration from Oracle to Workday. This role is heavily focused on data analysis, cleansing, and database creation to ensure a clean, reliable data set is delivered for downstream Workday integrations. This is a hands-on, technical role best suited for candidates with DBA-like skillsets, strong SQL expertise, and experience preparing enterprise data for system migrations. The role will partner closely with internal integration teams but will not own integrations or BI/reporting work.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing HR data from Oracle systems to assess quality, structure, and readiness for migration to WorkdayCleanse, standardize, and deduplicate data (e.g., employee records, addresses, location data)Design and create databases and schemas to store migration data in AzureLoad and validate data into SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases hosted in AzureEnsure data accuracy and consistency to support downstream integrationsWork deeply with data to identify edge cases, duplication, and structural issues, particularly around location and address dataDocument data structures, assumptions, and cleansing logic as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data expectations and timelinesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. This role supports the civil design needs of large, complex building campuses?often projects that require careful coordination across multiple engineering disciplines. The engineer in this position will contribute to planning and designing site features such as grading, drainage, utilities, and access routes while working closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering teams. The work blends technical design, documentation, and coordination with permitting agencies, all aimed at delivering reliable and resilient infrastructure for high-performance facilities.- Develop site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, and utility routing for major building sites- Produce engineering calculations and supporting documentation for stormwater, earthwork, and water/wastewater demand- Assist with permitting packages and interface with local and state regulatory agencies- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports- Serve as a project engineer or technical specialist on mid-sized facility-focused assignments- Support cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure civil design integrates smoothly with structural, mechanical, and electrical systemsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. One of Insight Global?s customers is looking to onboard 2 Sr. Full Stack Engineers to their team in Irvine, CA to build, enhance, and maintain cloud native applications using csharp or Rust on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular on the frontend. This role centers on hands on application development, including designing and implementing APIs, business logic, and data access layers using SQL and NoSQL databases. The engineer will develop, containerize, and deploy services on AWS using Docker, applying AI assisted tools to improve code quality, accelerate development, automate testing, and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Success in this role requires writing clean, well documented code, contributing across the full application stack, continuously learning new technologies, and collaborating closely with other engineers to deliver scalable, high quality software.
