Insight Global is looking for a curious, self-starting Entry level/Jr Designer with a strong foundation in 3D visualization and spatial design, who is excited to explore how AI tools can accelerate creative workflows. Working alongside a seasoned 3D designer, this role will help visualize and prototype next-generation retail environments and store concepts, contributing to design systems that shape how Walmart?s brand comes to life in physical space. The designer will support the development of spatial concepts and floorplans, using 3D modeling, AI-assisted visualization, and rapid prototyping to explore and bring new ideas to life.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is fluent in 3D tools and eager to experiment with Generative AI as a creative accelerator?using emerging technologies to speed up concept development, rendering, and storytelling while refining outputs through strong design craft.Responsibilities- Collaboration? Support the ideation and visualization of store design systems that improve the customer experience while remaining operationally sound.? Assist in reimagining category floorplans, service spaces, seasonal VIS IDs, and in-store storytelling moments.? Partner with cross-functional teams including architecture, real estate, fixture design, copy, and production.? Contribute to AI-assisted creative workflows while collaborating within established governance guardrails.- AI-Assisted Visualization & Workflow? Use Generative AI tools to accelerate 3D concepting, rendering, mood boarding, and spatial storytelling.? Help explore and document effective prompt approaches and workflows that support scalable, brand-safe creative production.? Apply human-in-the-loop editing?refining AI outputs through modeling, lighting, material adjustments, and post-production polish.? Maintain version control, document prompts/settings, and ensure outputs align with brand and compliance standards.? Continuously explore ways to work better and faster through AI-enabled iteration.- 3D Design & Craft? Develop 3D models, spatial concepts, and perspective sketches for retail environments.? Create floorplans, site layouts, and scaled visualizations that clearly communicate design intent.? Produce high-quality renderings and presentation materials that articulate both creative vision and operational feasibility.? Translate big ideas into clear visual systems that can scale across stores.- Trend Awareness & Innovation? Stay informed about emerging retail trends, spatial design innovations, and AI-driven creative technologies.? Share learnings and experimentation findings with the broader team.? Contribute to evolving POVs around responsible and effective AI use in 3D design.- Quality & Execution? Ensure outputs meet high standards of craft, brand alignment, accessibility, and feasibility.? Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with agility. ?
