The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely application of customer payments to open invoices and accounts receivable balances. This role supports the company’s cash flow by processing payments received through various channels, including checks, electronic funds transfers (EFTs), wire transfers, and credit card payments.Process and apply customer payments received via: Check, EFT/ACH, wire & credit card? Retrieve and review remittance advice from customer portals, emails, and banking platforms.? Accurately post payments to customer accounts and invoices within the ERP/accounting system.? Asset and Maintenance Lead

Position Summary The Asset & Maintenance Lead is responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving the asset management, maintenance coordination, reliability, and equipment lifecycle programs supporting a manufacturing facility. This role serves as the operational leader responsible for ensuring facility, utility, production support, and infrastructure assets are appropriately identified, tracked, maintained, and supported throughout their operational lifecycle. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager ? Facilities, the Asset & Maintenance Lead develops the maintenance operating model, asset management framework, preventive maintenance strategy, work order governance processes, and maintenance performance programs required to support long-term facility reliability. The Asset & Maintenance Lead partners closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, Utilities Operations, Warehouse Operations, Safety Operations, Digital Systems Integration, and vendor organizations to support operational readiness, asset reliability, equipment availability, and business continuity. This position plays a critical role during site mobilization, Assembly launch, Fabrication expansion, and long-term production operations by helping ensure asset performance and maintenance activities remain aligned with production and operational requirements. This role serves as the primary operational leader for utility readiness, service continuity, outage coordination, utility vendor alignment, and infrastructure support across the site. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager ? Facilities, the Utilities Operations Lead ensures that critical utility systems remain aligned to production requirements, workforce ramp, equipment readiness, facility operations, and long-term operational stability. The Utilities Operations Lead partners closely with Facilities, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Safety Operations, Digital Systems Integration, and Fluidstack site stakeholders to ensure utility services are visible, reliable, coordinated, and responsive to operational demand. This position plays a critical role during site mobilization, Assembly launch, Fabrication expansion, and long-term production operations by helping ensure utilities are not a constraint to workforce readiness, equipment availability, production continuity, or facility stability.
