The Admin Assistant will serve as a first point of contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring inquiries are routed appropriately and handled with discretion. The Administrative Assistant manages office logistics such as ordering and tracking supplies, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with expense report preparation, and maintaining organized records. They perform routine data entry, update internal databases, and handle sensitive information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. The role also works closely with outside vendors to coordinate IT and communications support, helping resolve day-to-day technical needs. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a proactive mindset to support both independent work and team-based initiatives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
