The Superintendent will be overseeing the construction... More operations of the Central Energy Plant (CEP) Roof Access Scope and cooling towers. The CEP Roof Access portion of the project provides permanent and code-compliant access to rooftop mechanical equipment. Work includes installation of engineered ladders, platforms, catwalks, guardrails, and associated structural support systems to provide safe access for operations and maintenance personnel. The improvements are designed to meet applicable OSHA requirements while minimizing impacts to the existing roofing system and ongoing facility operations (same for cooling towers). This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring 5 days a week onsite for 8 hour days.
