An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire a scheduling manager for a hyper-scale advanced manufacturing project in Childress, TX. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 7-8... construction schedulers and oversee all for construction scheduling activities for the general contractor on two projects. This is a working manager role and it is expected that people in this role also build and update their own schedules along with managing the team. Managers will also be expected to attend meetings with the customer and feel comfortable to prepare/discuss data points, discuss root cause analysis, recognize delays and perform time impact analyses in that situation. There may be some travel expected to manage both projects (at max a couple of times a month about a 2.5 drive away). Candidates can expect to work 50 hours a week on 10 hour shifts for this role. We can offer pay between $65/hr and $80/hr for this role, but exact compensation may vary based on years of experience and education.
