Job Description
We are seeking experienced Build Operations Sourcers to support a fast-growing hiring organization focused on construction, field operations, skilled trades, and design-build talent. This role is heavily sourcing-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and generating candidate flow for high-volume hiring needs.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can quickly understand hiring requirements, execute sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates to recruiting partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates across construction, field operations, skilled trades, project management, superintendent, engineering, and related Build Operations positions.
• Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other talent channels.
• Generate and engage both passive and active candidate pipelines.
• Execute high-volume outreach campaigns to attract qualified talent.
• Schedule candidate conversations with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Maintain talent pipeline health and candidate tracking within the ATS.
• Partner closely with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities.
• Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools and other recruiting technologies to identify talent.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4–7+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing within construction, skilled trades, field operations, manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments preferred.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms is preferred.
