Position Summary
The DSI – Integration / Workflow Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, designing, and supporting cross-functional business workflows that connect operational processes and enterprise systems.
This role serves as a critical link between Manufacturing, Training, Warehouse Operations, Facilities Operations, Maintenance Operations, Engineering stakeholders, and the Digital Systems Integration organization to ensure business processes are effectively integrated across ERP, MES, PLM, CMMS, LMS, reporting platforms, and operational workflows.
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager – Digital Systems Integration, the Integration / Workflow Analyst focuses on understanding how information, materials, approvals, transactions, and processes move throughout the organization and translating those activities into efficient, scalable, and connected workflows.
The position plays a critical role in supporting the stand-up of digital operating model by ensuring business processes are fully understood, documented, streamlined, and enabled through integrated systems architecture.

Workflow Discovery & Process Mapping
Lead workflow discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
Document and analyze:

Develop detailed workflow maps and process documentation supporting operational execution and systems implementation.

Identify process dependencies, workflow gaps, duplication of effort, and opportunities for automation.
Support creation of a unified operational workflow model across the facility.

Partner with Business Systems Analysts, Systems Leads, and operational stakeholders to develop workflows supporting:
ERP processes
MES transactions
PLM change workflows
CMMS maintenance workflows
LMS training workflows
Reporting and analytics workflows
Ensure workflows align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Help identify opportunities to leverage native system capabilities and streamline cross-platform interactions.

Support development of manufacturing workflows related to Assembly and Fabrication activation.
Document processes including:
Production order execution
Work instruction flows
Quality checkpoints
Operator transactions
Material movement
Traceability requirements
Production reporting
Support validation of manufacturing workflows before operational activation.
Assist with continuous refinement of workflows as production matures.

Partner with ERP and Supply Chain Systems Leads to ensure workflows are fully integrated and operationally efficient.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in workflow analysis, business process analysis, systems implementation, process improvement, operations analysis, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience supporting enterprise business systems, manufacturing operations, supply chain operations, industrial environments, or operational transformation programs
Strong understanding of:
Business process mapping
Workflow design
Systems integration
Requirements analysis
Operational processes
Continuous improvement methodologies
Experience documenting complex operational processes and cross-functional workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
