Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview processes across multiple stages
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support onboarding processes including background checks, documentation, and new hire coordination
Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and pipeline-building initiatives
Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR
Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes
Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, ADP, or similar preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
Exposure to workforce planning or talent strategy initiatives
Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines
