This individual will lead the development, integration, and verification of complex satellite ground resource management, communications, and control programs, playing a critical role in delivering mission-focused solutions for government customers. Based in Colorado Springs, this role requires proven program leadership across systems development, engineering, site construction, integration, and verification, with multiple development efforts executed in parallel. The Senior Program Manager will lead and coordinate multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Business Development, Security, and Facilities, to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer requirements. Key responsibilities include strategic and tactical program planning; establishing and managing program requirements, budgets, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Earned Value Management (EVM); defining KPIs and milestones; proactively identifying and mitigating risks; managing technical and business baselines; and controlling customer-driven scope changes. This role also involves direct engagement with customers and subcontractors, ensuring contract and regulatory compliance (including FAR), developing Statements of Work (SOWs), overseeing CPSR-compliant material procurements, and leading Engineering Change Proposal capture efforts. The Senior Program Manager will support customer-facing activities such as design reviews, program reviews, kickoff meetings, and test events, while providing clear financial and schedule reporting to senior leadership. This individual will work within a matrixed organization to align resources, properly safeguard classified information, and travel as needed to support customer and program objectives. The role requires approximately 20?25% travel within the state and a consistent demonstration of strong leadership, collaboration, and accountability. This position offers a base salary range of $185,000?$250,000, based on years of experience.
