Our team is responsible for the processing of these applications for home and small business owners. Resolves issues timely within budget. Sends weekly recaps of project progress including issue resolution status.? Closely tracks projects costs within budget, coordinates approved change orders to address concerns, and provides timely cost information to finance partners.? Creates and tracks the project punchlist to ensure effective and timely closeout.
