Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Incident Management / Operations Lead to own high‑visibility, business‑critical incidents across a complex retail technology environment. This role serves as the central coordinator during incidents—driving resolution, keeping workstreams moving, and delivering clear, concise, and frequent updates to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong operations and “firefighter” mindset, thrives under pressure, and can quickly learn technology stacks. This position requires confidence, decisiveness, and the ability to lead people and develop talent while ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned throughout the incident lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
-Strong experience with SQL and Power BI for reporting, insights, and operational visibility.
-Proven incident management background using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
-Comfortable operating in a high‑exposure role, providing regular updates to senior executives and leadership.
-Exceptional executive communication skills—able to deliver clear, concise, and confident updates on demand.
-Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate timely and effectively across all groups.
-Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand the technology ecosystem, including e‑commerce flows, merchandising systems, and backend microservices (e.g., add‑to‑cart services).
-People leadership and development experience, with a focus on coaching and growing team members.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
-Familiarity with microservices architectures, security layers, and cybersecurity concepts.
