What Makes Us, Us
There is nothing more important to our company than the development of our people. IG University is our signature program designed to equip our people with everything they need to crush it. From our CEO to our budding Account Managers, all employees are enriched, coached, and cultivated at IGU. This is a multidisciplinary resource that includes one-on-one mentorship, classroom training, group discussions, C-suite shadowing, and a learn-by-doing approach.
Women's Leadership Council
The Women’s Leadership Council was formed to celebrate the fact that women are amazing leaders. As a company that’s more than 70% women, we want to empower our best leaders to bring their perspective and strength to improve the company, help solve tough problems, and guide others to meet their greatest potential.
Employee network resource groups
Our Employee Network Resource Groups (ENRGs) are voluntary employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. These groups are led and participated in by employees according to shared identities and exist to create a safe space for our people to be their whole selves, as well as aid in personal and professional growth.

The Family Foundation
We are a company that people can anchor to when unplanned events bring about a personal storm. The IG Family Foundation provides a financial lifeline for those who need help during the most trying periods of their lives. True to its name, and our 2nd Shared Value, “We Take Care of Each Other,” Family Foundation assistance is available to IG’s In-House Team and family of consultants. Since launching in 2020, the IGFF has provided over 265 grants to our employees and their families, just when they needed support the most.
OneWorld Health’s mission is to create lasting healthcare impact in some of the most underserved communities on earth. This mission connects with us deeply. We also share their passion for hiring, training, and empowering people. Since partnering together in 2020, we have set a goal to fund 10 hospital GRIT clinics in Uganda, Nicaragua, Honduras and Kenya. By the end of 2022, we will have five of these facilities open and operating, and have served over 60,000 patients.
