partner spotlight

“OneWorld Health’s partnership with Insight Global has significantly transformed and increased our ability to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare to those who need it most. Since 2020, the Insight Global community has embraced our mission as part of its own, providing support to build permanent medical facilities that provide life-saving care now, and for generations to come. Additionally, more than healthcare, our partnership is driving local employment and economic mobility in the communities we work alongside. As we continue to expand our partnership and our global impact, we remain inspired by the grit and commitment of the Insight Global community to serve and be a light for others.”

– Michael O’Neal, Executive Director, OneWorld Health

employee engagement

We celebrate our employees engaging in service activities where they give back to the communities in which they live and work. Insight Global provides each employee with five days of paid time off to dedicate to community service every year, in addition to rallying together during our company-wide Summer of Service events.

Our impact

We aren’t just a staffing and professional services company. We’re an organization that cares for others. Our purpose is to develop our people personally, professionally, and financially, so they can be the light to the world around them.

In 2021, we contributed $2.5 million to charity partners toward our goal of $15 million donated by 2025. Last year alone, we placed 75,000 people into jobs.
