  • RECRUITER

    In order to build the foundation for a successful sales career, every person in our company starts as a Recruiter. Recruiters give our consultants opportunity. You will be conducting phone and face-to-face interviews using our internal database, job boards, and other third-party platforms and using your discretion and judgement to find consultants that are the best fit for Insight Global’s clients. When you start with us, we will train you every step of the way, from working side by side with your Account Manager mentor, to learning how to interact and develop business relationships with clients, to taking classes at Insight Global University throughout your entire career. Your work as a Recruiter will prepare you for a promotion into sales as an Account Manager, typically around 10 months.

  • ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Our Account Managers are the sales leads of Insight Global and the face of the organization, focused on building long-lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their business and working as consultants to fill their needs. As an Account Manager, you will develop sales through cold calling, lead generation, consultant engagement and meeting preparation, all with a priority on developing meaningful relationships, brand loyalty and trust. You will have the opportunity to mentor a Recruiter from their first day up until their promotion, just as someone did for you. There is tremendous opportunity for financial success in this role, with access to the most lucrative commission structure in the industry, contest trips to tropical destinations, car and cell phone allowances, etc.

INTERNSHIPS

Our Summer Internship is a paid, eight-week program devoted to preparing students for a career in sales. Interns will learn how we win business, build lasting relationships, and facilitate hiring for some of the largest companies in the world. We provide in-depth training, real-world experience, and professional coaching advice. Our interns will receive a first-hand glimpse into a career with Insight Global, ensuring that they are set up for success if hired into a full-time role upon graduation.

In 2020, we took our philanthropic efforts global to serve our purpose to “Be the Light to the World Around Us.” Insight Global was excited to begin our partnership with One World Health, an organization that shares our belief that where you are born should not prevent you from receiving quality healthcare. In 2021, we will be raising capital to build two brand new healthcare facilities in Bundibugyo, Uganda and Matagalpa, Nicaragua.

Throughout these videos, we will dive deep into what we believe will prepare you for your transition from college to a career.

How to Crush a Career Event

How are you preparing for that upcoming career event you’ve been anxiously awaiting? This session is dedicated to making sure you crush your career event. We will be addressing the question you’ve heard a million times: “What do you plan to do when you graduate?” You’ll get to understand the purpose behind attending these events, how to prepare beforehand, what to do during, and how to follow up afterward so you’ll no longer be nervous but excited for your next career event.

Branding Your Professional Skill Set

For this session, take a moment to think to yourself: Are you an avid Instagram-er or TikTok-er? If so, get excited. The purpose of this session is to break down the ins and outs of your professional resume and LinkedIn profile as tools that are going to help you succeed in your college-to-career transition. You will learn how to brand yourself through these platforms, how to break down your experiences in a meaningful way, and how to use them in your upcoming interview or career event.

Perfecting Your Pitch

For this session, we are going to focus on “Perfecting Your Pitch”. It is all about getting to know yourself. This session focuses on building your pitch to use in interviews and at career events where you can distinguish yourself as a candidate. You’ll learn where and when to use your pitch, how to craft it, and how to sell yourself to employers in a professional manner.
