Insight Global Empowers Local Job Seekers at Be the Light Tour Event in Charlotte 

Over the weekend, Insight Global, in partnership with AvidXchange, hosted 346 job seekers at its Be the Light Tour career event in Charlotte, N.C.  

This is the second year Insight Global has hosted an event of this nature in the Charlotte Metro Area to provide local job seekers access to job-readiness resources such as resume workshops, one-on-one career counseling, LinkedIn training, a headshot studio, and more. 

In partnership with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, students from 10 Title I schools attended the career event as a field trip and participated in workshops, networking sessions, and even free haircuts.  

Over 100 volunteers from Insight Global and AvidXchange were in attendance to pu on the event. Additionally, 50 local employers and non-profit partners joined in the networking area, creating valuable connections to job seekers.  

“It was truly inspiring to see the Charlotte community come together in full force to support and uplift the future workforce,” said Kahlil Bostick, Social Impact Senior Coordinator. “The collective efforts of local leaders, volunteers, and partners made a lasting impact on the lives of so many young job seekers.” 

Named after Insight Global’s purpose—to be the light to the world around us—the Be the Light Tour aims to empower and serve communities through direct access to job readiness.
