This role delivers portable HVAC equipment to the customer, demonstrating skills and performance in the use, operation, and repair of all company equipment. Additionally, this role checks in and repairs equipment and performs general shop duties and delivers/installs CC equipment.Key Responsibilities- Communicates professionally with customers, managers and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups and service calls- Delivers and installs rented HVAC equipment; trains authorized operator (and/or customer) on safe use of equipment- Directs customers to sign appropriate paperwork; keeps track of serial numbers- Successfully troubleshoots and completely understands the operation, function, specifications, capabilities and controls of any piece of rental equipment- Operates company vehicle safely and follows all company safety policies- Cleans and tests returned equipment making sure operation and appearance are up to standards- Completes appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups and service calls- Installs flexible gas hose on both propane and natural gas applications- Implements proper and safe procedures to check gas connections- Works with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and tracking of in-stock and rented equipment- Is on call for emergency service and is available on a rotating schedule for emergency service response calls on weekends and eveningWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. A client of Insight Global is looking for a Custody Operations Analyst to join their team of 8 in Milwaukee, WI. There will be 2 weeks of in person training and then will transition to a hybrid model of 3 days onsite. This person will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation process over multiple small to large accounts. They will be supporting various accounting functions on the complex USD reconciliations team in order to hit daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines or SLA’s. They will learn various custodians such as Fed and DTC along with cash DDA, general ledger accounts and suspense accounts. There will be a set schedule of tasks along with supporting team tasks working within various proprietary platforms along with Excel. This person must be well versed in Excel with strong communication skills and work ethic. Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their growing team at their Milwaukee facility. This role is primarily focused on device receiving and inventory management during the first 2?3 hours of each shift, after which the associate will transition to support the White Glove onboarding team for the remainder of the day. The ideal candidate is an early riser who is comfortable with physical labor, works well in a team environment, and is eager to learn new systems and processes.Responsibilities?Receive and process incoming device shipments as they arrive at the Milwaukee office?Track and manage device inventory accurately?Lift, move, and organize heavy boxes and equipment throughout the warehouse?Wrap pallets and maintain an organized warehouse environment to support the White Glove onboarding team?Transition to support the White Glove team after completing morning receiving duties to assist with device onboarding?Log and document device activity using ticketing systems (Autotask)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
