The Mailroom Clerk supports the daily operations of the firm by ensuring the accurate, secure, and timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal correspondence. This role is essential to maintaining efficient internal communication and supporting business continuity in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. Key Responsibilities:- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to designated departments and individuals. – Prepare outgoing mail and shipments, including weighing items, applying correct postage, and ensuring compliance with postal and courier regulations. – Process overnight, courier, and interoffice deliveries in accordance with established timelines and service-level expectations.- Maintain accurate logs and records for accountable, certified, or tracked mail and packages.- Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and mail-sorting tools; report issues as needed.- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion and strict adherence to firm policies. – Provide courteous support to internal stakeholders regarding mail and package inquiries.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. One of Insight Global?s top clients within Investment Banking is looking for an RIA Custody Analyst to sit on site in Salt Lake City 5 days a week. This person will support the RIA Custody Broker Operations team. This team is responsible for partnering with the business and federation in order to facilitate business growth with a key focus on the risk and control around RIA initiated investment products. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, this team is responsible for developing the processes and controls that makes business flow.
