This individual will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing estimating department while overseeing major commercial mechanical and plumbing estimates across healthcare, data center, and other large-scale complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of executive-level leadership, deep mechanical estimating expertise, and a collaborative personality capable of influencing stakeholders across the organization. This role will manage a team of 8-10 estimators, establish departmental processes and performance metrics, and ensure the company consistently delivers accurate, competitive, and profitable bids. The position offers substantial visibility with executive leadership and presents a long-term succession opportunity as the current leader transitions toward retirement. The Senior Data Analyst supports strategic Supply Chain initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, enterprise data management, business intelligence, and cross-functional system integration. This role serves as a key contributor across major enterprise platforms, including IBM Maximo, Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and Tableau reporting environments.The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and data analytics expertise with a deep understanding of enterprise operational systems and backend data structures. This individual will partner with Supply Chain, Data Management, IT, and vendor support teams to improve data quality, automate processes, develop reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational performance and business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Data & Systems Support- Support analytics, reporting, and data initiatives across Maximo, Manhattan WMS, EDW, and related supply chain systems.- Assist with system upgrades, integrations, testing, and data migration efforts.- Partner with Data Management, Oracle, Maximo support teams, and business stakeholders to resolve data and reporting issues.Data Integration & Data Management- Collect, validate, map, and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems into the EDW.- Support data modeling, field mapping, standardization, and data quality initiatives.- Develop and maintain datasets that support reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking.SQL & Backend Analytics- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, data extracts, and reporting datasets.- Analyze inventory, purchasing, invoicing, and supply chain operational data.- Perform data validation, root-cause analysis, and reconciliation across enterprise systems.- Work directly with backend databases, relational data models, and source system structures.Reporting & Business Intelligence- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reports.- Support major business initiatives through performance reporting and analytics.- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve supply chain performance and decision-making.Automation & Process Improvement- Develop Python-based automation solutions for reporting, data processing, and workflow improvements.- Streamline manual processes and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.Stakeholder Engagement- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to define analytics and reporting requirements.- Translate business needs into actionable data solutions and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.- Provide subject matter expertise for reporting tools, analytics platforms, and enterprise data solutions.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a Project Accounting Manager for a top construction industry client. This individual will lead the project accounting function and supervise a team of Project Accountants while overseeing job costing, project financial reporting, forecasting, WIP reporting, construction billing, revenue recognition support, and project closeout activities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting leader with a strong understanding of both accounting and construction operations who can partner closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership to drive financial performance, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure project profitability. This role offers significant visibility within the organization and the opportunity to help strengthen financial processes, controls, and operational decision-making.Day-to-Day:- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Accountants- Establish team goals, priorities, and performance expectations- Oversee project setup, contract entry, budgets, cost codes, and financial structures in the ERP system- Ensure project costs are accurately recorded across labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors- Review job cost reports and investigate financial variances- Monitor committed costs and subcontract obligations- Manage monthly forecasting and review forecasts for accuracy and completeness- Analyze project profitability and identify financial risks- Prepare and review monthly WIP schedules- Support revenue recognition calculations- Oversee AIA, progress, unit price, and time & material billing processes- Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing- Assist Project Managers with billing issues and customer inquiries- Monitor unbilled revenue and billing backlog- Support month-end and year-end close activities- Review project financial statements and profitability reporting- Identify cost overruns and margin erosion- Assist with management and executive financial reporting- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements- Support audit requests and continuous process improvementsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
