This person will be writing complex SQL queries to pull data and create data models and use data to tell story via Power BI reports and visualizations. This person should have previous experience and be comfortable with performance tuning, troubleshooting and investigating issues when arise. Analyze data in warehouse and use table and measures. Creating use cases for story telling via power bi. A lot of data warehouses with different data in place. Have several use cases, the person should be able to model it and dashboard the data. Look at existing dashboards and enhancement to this in power apps through Microsoft. Multiple data source environments. A lot of performance tuning on the existing dashboard. 3 days onsite 2 days remote. Our client is building out a centralized Contact Center and is seeking 10 Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This group is transitioning from decentralized office-based support into a unified, high-performing contact center environment, creating strong opportunities for long-term growth and stability. The Budget Coordinator works closely with the Financial Analysts and Project Managers to facilitate the handling, entry and submission of financial documentation associated with construction projects for the Construction department to the Capital Finance, Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments; taking primary ownership of the requisition to purchase order workflow.Core Responsibilities:Receive contracts, quotes and proposals from PMs.Complete internal documentation and file documents in the Procore software.Submit requisitions into the Workday system.Track all submissions until completion.Confer with Accounts Payable to set up all new vendors.Be the primary point of contact for vendors submitting tax related documents such as W-9s.Confer with Purchasing department on matters of pricing changes, adjustments, shipping.Receive issued POs from Purchasing department and update internal documentation.Receive change orders and confer with Purchasing on adjustments.Field calls and emails from outside departments.Maintain and update internal documents of invoice payments.Prepare reports on primary KPIs.Maintain standards assigned by Capital Finance and update department of changes.Assist Finance with invoice related questions.Assist with routine office tasks.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
