As an Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and executing electrical construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with the Design team, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project completion on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you coordinate and facilitate various aspects of the construction process. Responsibilities?Oversee electrical systems and energization across all phases of construction, ensuring work is completed according to safety guidelines and quality standards?Track site execution, inspections, and contractor quality control to ensure compliance with internal Quality Assurance and commissioning procedures?Expedite solutions to design clashes in collaboration with the design team, and address any foreseeable issues by field-verifying conditions against contract documents?Monitor project costs and compare actual expenses to the budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending value engineering alternatives?Review, generate, and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) and Submittals; track contractor invoices and manage project schedules based on project documents?Lead project buy-out, including developing bid packages, working with procurement to issue RFPs, writing contracts and scopes of work, and issuing work orders?Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and local codes, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, including contractors, Design/Engineering teams, and QA/Commissioning Requirements?Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience?7+ years of experience in commercial construction, project management, or engineering?Experience managing projects in large manufacturing plants, industrial environments, or similar sectors?Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols?Ability to solve complex problems, multitask effectively, and prioritize project objectives?Willingness to work long hours, with a tenacious and ambitious approach to project goals?Experience with large-scale EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects and a Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plusLooking for someone who has experience in electrical utilities. The position will also collaborate with EDA vendors, OSATs, and foundries, and stay current with next-gen interface standards to guide technical strategy and mentor junior engineers. ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute hands-on SI/PI and Multiphysics simulations for advanced 2.5D/3.0D heterogeneous integration and multi-material packages.Perform modeling, extraction, and verification of high-speed interconnects, power delivery networks, thermal management, and mechanical stress across chiplets and advanced substrates.Build and validate comprehensive ADK/PDK models (electrical, EM, thermal, mechanical) that accurately represent package-level behavior and enable system-level co-design.Run end-to-end simulation workflows including EM extraction, S-parameter generation, PDN impedance analysis, crosstalk/eye diagram simulations, thermal/structural reliability checks, and co-simulation across domains.Collaborate directly with EDA vendors (Cadence, Ansys, Synopsys, Siemens, Keysight, etc.), OSATs, and foundries to develop, test, and refine package simulation flows.Generate user guides, reference flows, scripts, and automation that make SI/PI/multiphysics enablement repeatable and accessible to design teams.Stay current with next-gen interface standards (PCIe Gen6/7, CXL, UCIe, UALink, SerDes, HBM) and incorporate their requirements into package design methodologies.Guide technical strategy for SI/PI flows, mentor junior engineers, and represent TIE in working groups, customer design reviews, and industry forums.Other related functions as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
