Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our financial clients in Des Moines, IA. This individual will report directly to the CISO and center their support on security related initiatives & implementing security tools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving projects forward, participating in stand ups, collaborating across senior IT leadership and business stakeholders, writing user stories and workflows, support project migrations and upgrades, etc. Hourly pay rate for this position ranges between $40.00-$55.00 and is dependent on years of experience and skill set.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. ? Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Informatica to support batch and near?real-time data integration from multiple source systems.? Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes across Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse, and Databricks, ensuring high performance, data quality, and reliability.? Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust, production-ready data solutions on Azure.? Implement data governance, monitoring, error handling, and performance tuning best practices across enterprise data pipelines.? ? Monitor system cycles, scheduled jobs, and overnight processes to ensure everything runs successfully? Use Control-M:? Monitor job runs? Identify failures or delays? Escalate issues when jobs fail or alerts trigger? Respond to internal IT tickets, which may range from very few to high volume depending on the night? Troubleshoot basic scheduling or operational issues and route more complex problems to the appropriate teams? Monitor mainframe and infrastructure alerts, escalating as needed? Perform operational tasks such as: ? Printing and handling scheduled output? Pulling and managing printers or print jobs? Running and organizing cabling within the computer room? Support the server and application teams with basic operational tasks and incident response? Make outbound calls to vendors or service providers when issues require external support?
