Insight Global is hiring a remote Data Scientist for a global pharmacy retail client. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of a GenAI chat bot that is analyzing pharmacy data and providing recommendations, analysis and actionable insights to the business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in python coding and will have experience working on GenAI solutions are bringing them into production in an enterprise environment. Experience with Google Agent Development Kit and Prompt engineering are a plus. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend. : $60 – 71/hr. IT Asset Management plays a key role in supporting operational continuity, data security, and compliance across a complex enterprise environment.Role OverviewThe Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Support resource will assist with day-to-day execution of defined HAM operational processes, supporting the lifecycle management of hardware assets and ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective end-user communication.Key Responsibilities? Support the lifecycle management of hardware assets from acquisition through retirement using ServiceNow or equivalent asset management tools? Monitor and manage the stale device process, including weekly review of asset rosters, end-user outreach, follow-ups, and asset record updates? Support the stolen device process by following up with users, tracking police reports, and collecting required supporting documentation? Maintain accurate asset records and documentation to support audit readiness and compliance requirements? Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on HAM processes as neededWork independently to execute repeatable business processes while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCompensation: $12.5/hr to $14.5/hr. The Senior API Gateway Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and operating APIs using IBM API Connect and Kong. This role plays a critical part in enabling scalable, secure, and highly available integrations across internal systems and external partners.You will work closely with application development teams, security, and networking to ensure APIs meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAPI Gateway Engineering?Design, implement, and operate APIs on IBM API Connect (v10) and Kong gateways?Build and maintain API assemblies, including policies, routing, transformations, and error handling?Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and mTLS?Configure rate limiting, throttling, and traffic control policiesPlatform Configuration & Management?Configure and manage catalogs, products, plans, and subscriptions?Support developer portal integrations and API onboarding workflows?Manage TLS configurations, certificates, keystores, and truststores?Partner with networking teams on DNS, TLS, IP allowlists, and certificate managementCI/CD & Automation?Implement CI/CD pipelines for API gateway configurations and deployments?Enable GitOps based promotion across environments (dev, test, staging, prod)?Automate validation and deployment of gateway artifactsObservability & Reliability?Implement and maintain logging, metrics, tracing, and analytics for APIs?Define and monitor SLOs and error budgets?Troubleshoot performance, capacity, and reliability issues?Conduct load and stress testing to validate scalabilitySecurity & Compliance?Apply API security best practices including: oWAF integrationoThreat protection policiesoSchema validation and zero trust principles?Partner with security teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation?Implement secure secrets management practicesMigrations & Collaboration?Support and execute API gateway migrations (Kong ?
