This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver technology solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Lead to own the Benefits & Compensation module and lead functional design and delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud.
