As a Territory Account Manager (TAM), you will drive business development and patient care by promoting our lymphedema therapy devices to healthcare providers and directly supporting patients through the treatment process. This is a dual-role position combining B2B sales with patient-facing responsibilities.Key Responsibilities Sales Cycle Management: Build and maintain relationships with physicians (family medicine, internal medicine, oncology), physical therapists, and occupational therapists. Educate providers on companys solutions and facilitate patient referrals. Conduct in-home patient consultations, demonstrate device usage, and guide patients through treatment. Manage the insurance billing process post-patient approval. Territory Development: Prospect and grow new accounts while managing existing relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on completed and shipped orders. Navigate Medicare and insurance changes impacting patient access. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and support Associate Territory Account Managers (ATAMs) with a dotted-line leadership role. Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills. Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, and stay organized in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Balance time between road-based sales and administrative responsibilities.This role is 70% on the road in a territory covering Northern Mississippi down to the Hattiesburg line, including Jackson, some parts of Memphis and Moral. Direct interface with construction general contractors during the bidding, award, execution, and project closeout/punch list phases.Conduct negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.Create construction project scope and request for proposals. Financial analysis of construction.Construction project management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers.Constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs associated with the construction of new data centers or optimization of existing data centers.Construction document management including submittal review, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.Construction project quality control.Record and report key construction metrics to team members and management.Drive teams to perform troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis associated with equipment failures.Be a leader within the group as well as within internal and external teams that support the data center.Day to day: meetings with GC, meetings with permitting managers, project engineers, making sure the schedule is on trackNo direct reportsNot running/optimizing the data center, need the construction of the data centersKeeps track of pricing to make sure they’re not being overchargedEarth moving, building roads, water pipes, etc.Can’t be a true electrical engineer, need to be well-versed with constructionWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
