Insight Global is seeking a Junior Superintendent for a large utility client. The Superintendent will be responsible for assisting the Site Superintendent in project scheduling and the supervision of field activities and construction. This role requires 3 weeks onsite, 1 week working remotely. Remote weeks consist of admin responsibilities, team meetings, and documentation. Onsite weeks require the individual to report to the Data Center site and perform to below responsibilities:?Assist in determining whether subcontractors are providing sufficient workforce and hours of work to achieve performance commitment. ?Being thoroughly familiar with the requirements of the general contract, thereby identifying changes, conflicts, etc., that are beyond the scope of responsibility.?Preparing daily report, job diaries, narrative, and all other regular and special documentation as determined by the company and by the project needs.?Assist the Project Scheduler in developing the progress schedule.?Enforce site safety, security, visitor access. Position OverviewInsight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Finisher III to support the grinding and finishing of Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NiAlBr) and stainless-steel components used in defense and naval applications. This role is critical to ensure components meet exact quality, tolerance, and performance standards required for military use.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with grinding, rough finishing, excavation, and final finishing/polishing, along with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential as we meet demanding production schedules and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform grinding, rough finishing, excavation, and final finishing/polishing of Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NiAlBr) and stainless-steel components to meet specificationsUtilize hand and power tools to achieve precise finishes and tolerancesApply and fit edge gauges and cylindrical gauges to required tolerancesWork collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and customer requirementsStand, bend, and work in physically demanding positions for up to 8 hours per shiftSafely lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Work at height using manlifts, scaffolding, or platforms as requiredMaintain flexibility to work any assigned shift, including nights and weekendsTravel to local and out-of-state shipyards (including East Coast locations, Florida, and Virginia) for repair and overhaul workObtain and maintain certifications for cranes, forklifts, skid-steers, manlifts, and scissor liftsAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentSupport additional production tasks as needed to meet operational demandsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
