Perform VT (Visual Testing) and VT Level II inspections on welds, components, and structures to verify conformance with NAVSEA and NNS standards. Conduct MT (Magnetic Particle), PT (Liquid Penetrant), and UT (Ultrasonic Testing) inspections in accordance with Trident QA procedures. Review, interpret, and execute inspection procedures, standards, and engineering drawings. Document inspection results and maintain OQE records in compliance with NAVSEA/NNS requirements. Support QC efforts during unit completion evaluations to ensure quality readiness for customer acceptance. Provide in-process inspection support during fitting, welding, and final assembly operations. Identify and document nonconformities, support corrective actions, and verify re-inspection activities. Maintain certification and calibration records for inspection equipment and personnel qualifications. Coordinate with QA/QC management and production teams to ensure inspection readiness and schedule alignment. Insight Global is seeking a Project Contracts Manager to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States for a leading energy company. This role will serve as the primary contractual and commercial lead on assigned projects, managing all contract administration activities between the client, project team, and subcontractors. The Project Contracts Manager will oversee prime contract and subcontract compliance, lead change order and claims management, advise project leadership on contractual risk and entitlement, and ensure commercial governance throughout the full project lifecycle. This individual will play a key role in delivering projects under GMP, progressive GMP, and cost-reimbursable/open-book delivery models while protecting the company’s commercial interests and supporting successful project execution. This is a site-based position requiring domestic relocation based on project needs. We are seeking an experienced Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) / Superintendent to support a Military Construction (MILCON) project at Fort Polk then continue work in El Paso. The SSHO will ensure full compliance with Federal, DoD, and USACE safety regulations while leading all jobsite safety initiatives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and subcontractors on site. Key Responsibilities? Implement, manage, and enforce the project?s Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs).? Conduct daily site safety inspections in accordance with USACE EM 385-1-1 standards and maintain all required documentation.? Lead daily Safety/Toolbox Talks and facilitate weekly safety meetings.? Identify, document, and mitigate jobsite hazards; ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.? Maintain safety logs, training records, equipment inspection reports, and incident documentation.? Monitor subcontractor safety performance to ensure full compliance with Federal and project-specific safety requirements.? Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective-action plans.? Coordinate with the Quality Control Manager and Site Superintendent regarding risk mitigation and field operations.? Enforce proper PPE use and adherence to all safety procedures.?
