OverviewA leading engineering, construction, and industrial project organization is seeking Project Procurement Managers to support a rapidly growing portfolio of large-scale industrial and power projects. Performs direct field labor work under guidance from Team Leaders and Managers Service project delivery work includes specialized knowledge in diagnostic and repair. Involves inspection and testing of sprinkler systems, advanced repair and maintenance, safety and compliance, documentation and reporting, and customer communication and coordination. Includes O&M field labor support when necessary. University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics and operational product manuals. Demonstrate a high level of customer service, with strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly. Must have the ability to work alone. Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices and bulletins, modification notices, etc. in order to diagnose and repair equipment ? Responsibilities:? Set up, adjust, and operate all the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations. This includes aligning and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machine.? Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.? Measure, examine or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, such as micrometer, calipers, or other measuring instruments.? Document actions by completing required paperwork (Inspection documents, Travelers). Perform minor mechanical and assembly work as needed.? Must possess their own tools and be willing to multitask and cross-train on all machines, as required.? Share expertise and knowledge throughout the machine shop.? Always follow all safety policies and procedures.? Other duties as assigned.Job Descriptions:Insight Global’s client is currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists Hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 am. Overtime work is available on Friday – Sunday.
