We are looking for a self-motivated, quality-minded, highly skilled Welder to join our production team at our facility in Topeka, KS. In this position, welders work on in-house projects. Welders are expected to safely complete each job within specific deadlines to ensure we meet our customers? needs. Key Responsibilities – Interpret and follow proper welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.- Use calibrated measuring tools (measuring tapes, squares, etc.) to properly fit up assemblies.- Utilize industry tools and equipment. Hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery powered tools. Plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, and carbon air arc.- Weld parts in various positions, processes (GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW), and materials (Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel).- Clean and maintain equipment and work area.- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.- Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. As a business analyst for Insight Global, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and dynamic. You will spend about 50% of your time learning about various business units, building rapport with stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing in Jira, and providing testing support. Building relationships will take up another 25% of your day, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Documentation will be a crucial part of your role, occupying 15% of your time to ensure all processes and requirements are well-documented.In addition to these core activities, you will be involved in process development and improvement, ensuring workflows are efficient and effective. You will also handle regulatory and compliance duties, making sure operations adhere to relevant laws and standards. Your responsibilities will extend to areas such as unemployment insurance, workers? compensation, industrial safety and health, asset management, and facilities.
