Our Healthcare Insurance Client is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Engineering Manager to lead front-end engineering teams focused on building best-in-class digital experiences and delivering complex enterprise initiatives in close partnership with business stakeholders. In this role, you?ll lead multiple engineering teams and be accountable for both people leadership and execution excellence, developing strong engineers while driving predictable, high-impact delivery aligned to business outcomes. You?ll partner closely with Product, Design, and Architecture leaders to shape strategy, remove friction, and ensure teams consistently deliver results at scale.Roles and Responsibilities:? Lead and develop multiple engineering teams (8?20+ engineers total scope)? Partner closely with Product, Design, and Architecture to shape roadmaps and technical direction? Improve execution predictability, quality, and velocity across teams? Establish strong engineering practices (SDLC, testing, observability, reliability, operational excellence)? Create a healthy, accountable, high-trust team culture where individuals and teams can realize their full potential? Manage cross-portfolio dependencies and stakeholder alignment? Use data and metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes? Manage, support, and evaluate engineers? performance? Hire new talent for the team and offer coaching and development opportunities? Communicate and collaborate with other managers, stakeholders, and contractors? Provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed? Provide technical guidance & support in all phases of SDLC? Ensure delivery of high-quality products? Identify production and non-production application issues? Evaluate information and solve complex problems? Understand complex systems and pay attention to details to avoid issues and provide recommendations for continuous improvement? A healthcare client is looking for a CDN Engineer (Content Delivery Network) to sit fully remote. This person is going to be dedicated to any public/production facing systems within the enterprise, making changes and managing releases. At this time, the organization has multiple CDN platforms however they are trying to standardize into AKAMAI. It is most important that this person has hands on experience with the platform being able to configure and automate. On a day to day, this person will work on hard fixes, configuration management and work towards the upkeep CDN security. This person will be responsible for adjusting configurations, setting up new properties and working through specific CDN configurations. The Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of secure, scalable consumer-facing identity solutions, driving automation, standardization, and integration across authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management. This role oversees daily IAM operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization while implementing policies, controls, and automated workflows that strengthen security and compliance. With deep expertise in federation platforms, identity protocols, cloud IAM, and automation tools, the engineer will deliver technical solutions, support complex issues, and collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to align IAM strategy with business needs.
