The Network Architect is responsible for designing, reviewing, and validating high-level network architectures to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role plays a critical part in aligning network capabilities with organizational and client requirements while maintaining strict adherence to standards and protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, review, and validate high-level network architecture and implementation plansAssess network requirements and capabilities to ensure compatibility, performance, and scalabilityVerify network settings, configurations, and security requirements using specialized diagnostics and testing toolsIdentify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, intrusion risks, and performance issuesCoordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and softwareEnsure ongoing network integrity, reliability, and compliance with established standardsProvide technical leadership and guidance for complex wired, wireless, and local area networks (LAN/WAN)Implement and evaluate new networking technologies aligned with high-level design strategiesMonitor network performance against defined project and operational requirementsDetermine appropriate architecture based on system size, complexity, and future growthMaintain accurate documentation and reporting to prevent connectivity or compatibility issuesManage and set client expectations by following strict network and security protocolsCommunicate progress, risks, and escalations to network administrators, supervisors, and stakeholders as neededThis is onsite 4 days a week in Greenwood Village, Colorado. A client of Insight Global is hiring a Senior Network Architect to lead enterprise network architecture across the organization. This role is not for a hands-only engineer?we are looking for someone who operates at a higher architectural and strategic level, translating business challenges into network solutions and clearly articulating why designs and technologies are chosen. This person is responsible for the accurate review, billing, invoicing, and follow-up of payor-responsible ambulance transports.
