Job Description

A large client is looking to bring on 1 individual for a Facility Billing Representative. This person is responsible for the accurate review, billing, invoicing, and follow-up of payor-responsible ambulance transports. This role works closely with associated facilities to ensure timely billing, payment resolution, and compliance with company and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in medical billing, ambulance billing, or healthcare revenue cycle operations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and organized records.
Proficiency with billing systems, invoicing tools, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
Must have GED

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Hospice regulations
Medical Billing Certificate
