Insight Global is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong Fixed Assets and PP&E experience to provide backfill and project support during the organization?s transition from Lawson to Workday. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations while also assisting with data integration, cleanup, and conversion related to capital projects and fixed assets.This individual will act as an owner?s representative on construction-related accounting activities (not a general contractor), partnering cross-functionally with teams such as IT and Finance to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and migration of asset data. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, hands-on, and comfortable moving between operational backfill and project-based work.Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)? Provide backfill support for existing finance resources during the ERP transition? Support accounting for fixed assets, CIP (Construction in Progress), and capital projects? Assist with data scrubbing, data conversion, and integration related to PP&E? Represent the organization as the owner?s accounting representative on construction projects? Interface with internal departments (Finance, IT, project teams) to support ERP migration efforts? Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Inspector (Cosmetics) for a top prestige hair care client. This is a field-based role responsible for on-site oversight of Contract Manufacturing operations, ensuring finished products consistently meet internal quality, compliance, and presentation standards before release to market.Serving as a key liaison between the brand and its manufacturing partners, this role focuses on real-time production oversight, hands-on testing, and quality decision-making throughout the manufacturing process.ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Inspections?Visit Contract Manufacturing facilities according to the established production schedule?Oversee production runs and perform final product quality assessmentsAQL Sampling?Execute inspections using Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards?Evaluate production lots to determine quality acceptance or rejectionPhysical & Functional TestingPerform hands-on testing in accordance with internal quality specifications, including:?Torque Testing: Verifying proper application and tightness of caps, pumps, and closures?Leakage Testing: Confirming seal integrity under pressure or vacuum conditions?Aesthetic Checks: Inspecting fill levels, label alignment, component fit, packaging integrity, and visual defectsCompliance Oversight?Ensure manufacturing activities comply with ISO 22716 and Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)?Observe production processes to identify potential quality or compliance risksNon-Conformance Management?Identify non-conforming products or process deviations in real time?Apply sound quality judgment to determine when products fail to meet standards?Escalate quality issues promptly and effectively to Quality leadershipDigital Reporting?Maintain accurate, real-time inspection records using Google Forms and Excel / Google Sheets?Provide visibility and reporting to the corporate Quality teamWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
