An Insight Global technology client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Coordinator to support executive-level customer engagements. This role is responsible for planning and executing seamless, high-quality briefing experiences at our Mountain View headquarters and Atlanta office. You will play a critical role in supporting strategic customer relationships by ensuring every engagement is well-coordinated, professional, and impactful. Key Responsibilities ? Partner with Briefing Manager to understand customer goals and briefing requirements ? Host and manage executive briefings with confidence and professionalism ? Coordinate all logistics, including: ? Catering ? Room set up ? Audio/visual setup ? Interpretation services ? External vendors ? Manage speaker directory in Briefing Edge (Saas briefing management tool) ? Track engagement outcomes and support post-briefing follow-up and reporting ? Our healthcare client is looking to bring on 1-2 Clerical staff for a badging project at their hospital. The Clerical staff will be responsible for taking pictures with a camera of the hospital employees and then uploading then on the computer to create new badges.
