Insight Global is looking to hire a Workday Integration Analyst to join one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the US. This position is responsible for supporting the Epic Gold EHR project within our Supply & Service Resource Management (SSRM) workstream. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in ERP to Epic data integration and interfacing solutions, ensuring the smooth flow of data between our ERP systems and various EHR applications. Your in-depth knowledge and problem-solving abilities will be vital in driving our commitment to healthcare excellence through technology. Other responsibilities include: -Interface Development: Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of healthcare datainterfaces, connecting our ERP systems with electronic health records (EHR), point of use systems, billingsystems, 3rd party point of use systems and other healthcare applications.-Subject Matter Expertise: Over time serve as one of SSRM?s go-to experts on ERP to EHR interfaces and jobsincluding their various setups, requirements, timing, and data standards.-Collaboration: Gather interface and job requirements to ensure successful implementation, work closely withcross-functional teams, including software developers, data engineers, project managers, national and facilityleaders.-Interface and Job Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain supply chain interfaces and jobs toguarantee data accuracy, consistency, and availability. Take corrective actions in case of any discrepancies orfailures.-Integrations and Divestitures: Monitor, configure, test, maintain, and support the integration or divestiture ofenterprise wide or division interfaces and jobs.-Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that all data transfer and integration activities comply with relevanthealthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and prioritize patient data privacy and security.-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of interface configurations, standards, and protocolsfor reference and auditing purposes.-Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in healthcare data integration andrecommend enhancements to our ERP systems.-Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to ensure proper utilizationof enterprise wide or division interfaces. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Program Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction of a variety of rehabilitation and facilities improvement projects. This role requires hands-on involvement in all phases of project delivery, from scope development and cost estimation to procurement, contract administration, and project controls. We are seeking a Tier 2 Ticket Support Specialist to manage and resolve technical issues submitted through ServiceNow. This role involves triaging and addressing tickets from internal users, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of system-related errors. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, experienced in ServiceNow ticketing, and capable of learning Oracle SAS systems to support ticket workflows. This position requires consistent availability, including during holiday periods, as there is no blackout period.
