The IT Admin FST is responsible for providing Tier 1 and 2 support for the companys corporate network, including manufacturing, converting, and distribution facilities, and Tier 1 and 2 support for the local PCN-OT environment if the position is located at a mill. Responsibilities for supporting our PCN-OT architecture are a large part of this role. An employer is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Admin/ Developer to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the in-house SME for ServiceNow development and administration efforts in the ITSM space. The client is going through a new implementation of ServiceNow and you will collaborate closely with their implemtnation partner through the process. You will ensure they follow best practices and industry standards and assist with any custom integrations/ development efforts. From there, 70% of your time will be ongoing administration and development of the ServiceNow platform, while spending 30% of your time leading the team and building strategy/ product roadmap.
