This role is responsible for producing accurate, code-compliant fire alarm design documents using AutoCAD and other design software while supporting project execution from concept through completion. The Certification Administrator is responsible for end-to-end management of digital certificates across all lines of business within the organization. This role ensures certificates are properly issued, renewed, validated, paid for, and integrated across enterprise systems, supporting security, compliance, and operational continuity. The position plays a critical role as certificate lifecycles shift toward shorter validity periods and increased automation.Key Responsibilities:-Own and manage the full lifecycle of digital certificates across all business groups-Ensure certificates are valid, renewed on time, and properly licensed/paid for-Support and manage 200?250 active certificates, with validity shifting from ~200 days to 45-day lifecycles by year-end-Administer and support DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager (TLM), including:Installation, configuration, patching, and upgradesTroubleshooting automation issues and failuresIntegrating TLM with the existing enterprise environment-Act as the primary point of contact for certificate-related issues across all lines of business-Monitor certificate health, expiration, and usage to prevent outages or security risks-Ensure middleware platforms are functioning properly as part of certificate operations-Participate in an on-call rotation (once every 10?11 weeks) to address certificate or middleware-related incidentsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Performs accurate, thorough and timely quantity takeoffs using company format, detail and coding for all levels of project documents (schematic, design development, construction documents).? Provides information to senior estimators/senior preconstruction personnel for the purpose of developing accurate and concise clarifications and assumptions with project management team?s assistance.? Develops accurate and concise clarifications and assumptions with project management team?s assistance.? Obtains clarification on plans and specifications from architects and engineers when necessary.? Solicits and analyzes subcontractor and vendor pricing input when required.? Attends project site pre-bid meetings, site tours, and post-bid interviews as required.? Develops unit costs accurately.? Develops value management skills and learns how to implement cost savings methods.? Performs technical/plan review when required.? Considers and understands problems, and identifies appropriate solutions.? Develops knowledge in building designs, systems and construction materials through available resources.? Accurately assesses and plans takeoff workload.? Is extremely proficient in all computer software programs used in preconstruction with particular emphasis on estimating software (On Screen Takeoff, BlueBeam, Sage/Timberline, Smartbidnet, Excel).? Constantly strives to improve individual capabilities, performance and expand knowledge of construction technologies and techniques.? Acts as mentor/coach to entry level estimators, interns and staff.?
