Install disk shelves, perform disk additions, and execute capacity expansions in live production environments. ? Perform hardware refresh activities. ? Install, configure, update firmware, and troubleshoot Cisco, Cisco Nexus, and Brocade switching environments, including Reference Configuration File (RCF) installations for new deployments and RCF upgrades of existing systems. ? Rack, stack, cable, and deploy NetApp storage systems and associated switching infrastructure, including SFPs and storage peripheral hardware. ? Configure AutoSupport (ASUP), perform storage failover activities, and validate successful installations. ? Collaborate with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to understand requirements and communicate technical recommendations to storage professionals. ? Translate customer requirements into technical and system specifications and configurations. ? Provide technical analysis to ensure storage solutions are operationally sound. ? Execute and document testing completed on NetApp hardware and software. ?
