We are seeking a Release & Delivery Manager to support the MOSAIC Financial Platform, a critical ecosystem powering enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and analytics across global markets.... This role will act as the central coordination point for production releases, platform operations, security access, and cross-functional communication across Mosaic components including TM1, Data Lake, Predictive Forecasting, Tableau, and CockpitGPT.The ideal candidate brings strong release management discipline, financial systems experience, and the ability to operate across technology, security, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.?Act as Release Coordinator for our global financial platform, Mosaic, (TM1, Data Lake, Predictive Forecasting, CockpitGPT) managing weekly production releases, change requests, collaborating with CAB team, managing release meetings and communication to stakeholders?Manage myidM form adjustments required for Solution growth to new markets?Security access management (AD Groups, IDs, SVA profiles, users access etc.)?Testing assistance and communication during version upgrades and downtimes?Update and maintain ServiceNow components (Groups, Applications, CI, owners)?Monitor critical Tableau dashboards performance and communicate with teams to analyze when delays, triage issue ?Cost Optimization - Identify cost optimization opportunities through regular utilization reviews; resize underutilized resources and decommission unused services.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
