This is not a graphic design role?the focus is on project coordination, asset accuracy, stakeholder management, and digital asset workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the production workflow for 3D product images across approximately 4,000 products and 45,000 digital assets.Coordinate with creative agencies, bottlers, brand managers, packaging teams, and digital shelf stakeholders to gather all inputs required for image creation.Provide agencies with product labels, artwork, packaging specifications, dimensions, reference images, and other supporting materials needed for 3D rendering.Review and validate product images to ensure packaging, labeling, and product details are accurate before approval.Track a high-volume pipeline of assets, managing timelines, priorities, approvals, and dependencies across multiple projects simultaneously.Investigate missing information and work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies between product data, packaging specifications, and rendered images.Upload, tag, organize, and maintain assets within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring metadata is complete and assets are properly published.Build and maintain project roadmaps, creating structure and process for large-scale asset production initiatives.Ideal CandidateSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys bringing order to complexity.
