Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager – SuccessFactors Optimization Program for a leading client in the mining and HR technology space. This individual will lead a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors optimization initiative focused on standardizing employee lifecycle processes across multiple regions, improving HR data quality, and enhancing system functionality and integrations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader with deep SuccessFactors expertise who can manage complex stakeholder environments, oversee implementation partners, and drive successful delivery across global teams.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of enterprise project management experience
3+ years leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations or optimization programs
Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
Hands-on delivery across Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, HR data migration, and integrations
Proven experience managing implementation partners and external vendors
Experience in global or multi-site organizations
Strong governance, executive reporting, and RAID management expertise
Experience with waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (HR, IT, Payroll, Operations)
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP certification
SAP SuccessFactors certifications
Experience with SAP Integration Suite
Familiarity with HRIS integrations (ADP, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.)
Industry experience in mining, industrial, manufacturing, or energy
Experience supporting North American and Latin American deployments
