The AV Programmer is responsible for designing,... programming, and maintaining audio-visual systems to meet the needs of clients. This role involves collaborating with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of AV solutions.They will be implementing control system programming for AV systems using programming languages such as Creston or Extron and writing code to seamlessly integrate various AV components (displays, projectors, audio systems, etc.). They will also have to troubleshoot and test these systems to ensure functionality prior to client use. The programmer will create documentation in the form of end user guides, system designs and provide trainings on the AV systems. This will be a fully remote position, open to candidates working from home anywhere across the US but preferably close to the company's office locations listed below. There will be occasional travel expected to client sites - although a lot of the programming is done remotely, there are larger systems that require this individual to travel onsite. Travel would be fully paid for by the company. This role will serve as the primary Technical Program Manager for the Technical Design Integration (TDI) function within a data center team, owning the day-to-day program execution for teams... supporting 3D modeling workflows for new data center products. The TPM will be responsible for driving implementation across the end-to-end pipeline from 3D models to drawings to site construction, ensuring established processes are followed and continuously improved. They will partner closely with a globally distributed modeling organization (approximately nine modeling experts embedded across regions), product teams, technical leads, and cross-functional workforces to manage scope, schedules, workload prioritization, and issue resolution. A core part of the role is acting as the liaison between automated bug/issue tracking, cross-functional teams, and product stakeholders, ensuring problems are triaged, communicated, and resolved efficiently. The majority of execution will be US-based initially, with increasing ownership of EMEA and APAC coordination over time, including participation in at least one weekly APAC-time meeting. This is not a production modeling role, but requires the ability to ?talk the talk? on modeling and BIM deliverables, hold a room with senior stakeholders, and keep complex programs on track.
