You will design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-enabled systems?such as routing assistants, dispatcher copilots, and parent-facing agents?while working primarily on new tools in React, React Native, and AWS. You will create the scaffolding that keeps agent output aligned, build tests and guardrails, evaluate models, ensure FERPA-compliant practices, and collaborate with architecture, security, and AI governance as part of a small, high-impact AI pod. This role requires initiative, judgment, and clear communication. Strong agent-driven engineering requires more discipline, not less. You will be expected to set clear constraints, verify output rigorously, and maintain ownership of the quality of what ships.
