This program is designed to engage at risk population for heart disease and enroll them into this program to give them access to a wearable ECG device to catch heart disease early and save lives. The Program & Care Coordinator is the second full-time seat on TN Heart Access and reports to the Program Director. Where the Program Director owns the award, the State relationship, and the participating practices, this role owns the patient journey: making sure every person who enrolls moves through screening, results, cardiology input, and follow-up at the right time, and that every step is captured accurately in the program’s data. It’s a role for a clinician with a real heart for patient advocacy who also takes genuine satisfaction in a clean, complete dataset. The Lead IT Service Desk Analyst serves as a senior technical resource and on shift operational leader within a 24x7x365 service desk environment. This role is a player coach position with responsibility for shift leadership, escalation support, service consistency, analyst guidance, and operational insight, rather than direct performance management.The Lead Analyst provides oversight and direction during assigned shifts, supports complex escalations as needed, and ensures the service desk operates efficiently and in alignment with established standards. While this role does not include direct reports or formal people management responsibilities, the Lead Analyst acts as a trusted coach and go to resource for analysts, providing real time guidance, ticket and work review, and documented feedback to support analyst development.
