This role is designed for a detail-driven professional who takes pride in accurate reporting, organized processes, and dependable month-end execution. The Specialist oversees recurring billing, reconciliations, and trend summaries that feed directly into leadership reports and financial reviews. Key Responsibilities & Requirements ? Creating MSS invoices using the Multi-Company Invoice (MCI) system or Excel billing templates based on labor reports from the Regional Manager or Director of Operations. ? Maintain organized revenue log in Teams channels by business and location on a weekly basis. ? Cross-check calendars against revenue logs to ensure all jobs are invoiced weekly. ?
