Partnering with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement/Supply Chain, Fabrication, Construction/Installation, Commissioning, and Operations, the role sets scheduling standards and progress measurement rules. The role controls baselines and change, integrates multi-contractor inputs into a credible Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and delivers clear performance reporting and recovery options. Offshore and brownfield constraints are built into the plan, including GOA execution considerations such as marine spreads and vessel availability, weather windows, SIMOPS, permit-to-work and access constraints, and tie-in window readiness. This drives stakeholder alignment and supports predictable execution.Key Responsibilities? Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (Primavera P6 or equivalent), including WBS alignment, activity definitions, coding, calendars, and appropriate use of level-of-effort.? Facilitate schedule development: milestones, sequencing and logic ties, constraints, critical path, float management, and progress measurement rules (deliverable-, quantity-, or percent-complete, as applicable).? Establish, control, and maintain schedule baselines; manage approved changes and ensure traceability between baseline, current, and forecast schedules.? This individual will support Project Managers throughout the full estimating and bid process, including reviewing plans and specifications, performing detailed electrical takeoffs, and developing accurate cost estimates for complex infrastructure projects. The role requires experience in water/wastewater and/or heavy civil construction, process controls, automation, and interpreting P&IDs, one-line diagrams, control schematics, and the ability to collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to drive competitive and comprehensive bids. The ideal candidate has experience estimating in industrial environments, is comfortable working in design-build settings where scope may evolve, and brings strong technical knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, controls, and instrumentation.Duties & Responsibilities Include:? Assist Project Managers with all phases of the estimating and bid process from initial review through final submission ? Perform detailed electrical takeoffs using project specifications, one-line diagrams, P&IDs, control schematics, and site plans ? Quantify materials and labor for systems including medium/low voltage distribution, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and control wiring ? Develop accurate cost estimates including labor productivity factors and material pricing ? Solicit and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers to build competitive bids ? Evaluate drawings and specifications to ensure complete scope coverage for electrical components ? Identify and account for general and special conditions in project cost estimates ? Support development of project budgets and schedules based on estimate outputs ?
