The Data Analyst will lead and execute complex data migration projects, including planning, design, and performing the actual data loads. They will ensure decisions align with governance frameworks and industry best practices, while maintaining accuracy and compliance across HR systems. The role involves migrating contractors from Fieldglass into WorkForce to enable organizational chart visibility, as well as supporting integrations with SAP S4, SAP ECC, and SuccessFactors EC.
