Insight Global is hiring for a Program Manager to sit 2x a week onsite in Denver, CO for a large, telecommunication company. This person will be helping to run the programs and projects specifically around mobile devices. A current program this team is working on is reskinning the images that are displayed when a customer looks at their mobile device which involves working cross functionally with UI/UX, legal and product teams. Another major project is backend facing, where they are migrating their infrastructure that supports all of mobile, where they are working with solutions architects, backend developers and engineers. This Program Manager will be in charge of preparing status updates, tracking, budgeting, identifying areas of risk and reporting on the program roadmap. On a day-to-day, about 65% of their time will be spent planning/implementing status updates and roadmaps and working with internal teams, 20% meeting with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, and 15% identifying and monitoring areas of risk and improvements.
